Shipping policy

All orders are processed within two to four business days after payment is received. Because every item is secondhand, we take extra care to inspect, clean, and package each order before shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package. We currently ship within Greece, and estimated delivery times are [3–5 business days]. Please note that these delivery times are only estimates and may vary depending on the postal service and your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if tracking is available for your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, but if your package is lost, please reach out to us at contact@lostdrobes.com and we will do our best to assist you.
