Refund policy
At Lost Drobes, every item is carefully selected and described to match its true condition. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out exactly as expected. Items may be returned for exchange within five days of receiving the order, provided they are in the same condition as when received. To request an exchange, customers are asked to contact us at contact@lostdrobes.com or on instagram @lostdrobes with their order number and the reason for the return.
Refunds are available only in specific cases where the item significantly differs from its description or arrives damaged or with a defect that was not visible on the website. In these situations, clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided within five days of delivery. Each refund request will be reviewed individually, and approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as Lost Drobes cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Items marked as final sale, items returned outside of the return window, or those not returned in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.
