How It Works

1. Choose Your Clear-Out Method

You can use Drop Your Drobe in two ways:

Order our official clear-out bag : We send you a large, durable bag straight to your door.

Use your own packaging: Pack your items in any sturdy bag or box you already have.

Both options include simple return instructions for sending your items back to us.

2. Fill Your Bag

Add the clothes you want to pass on, no need to sort by brand or style.
We’ll do the work for you.

3. Send It Back

Once your bag is packed, simply return it using the instructions provided.
No label printing, no complicated steps, just drop it off and go.

4. We Curate & Prepare Your Items

Our team:

Checks each piece for quality

Selects the items that meet our resale criteria

Steams, photographs, and lists everything on Lost Drobes

We take care of all the work so you don't have to.

5. Get Rewarded

For every accepted item, you receive Lost Drobes store credit.

To keep our shop high-quality and our customers happy, we accept items that meet the following criteria:

 We Accept:

Clean, freshly washed clothing

Items in excellent or very good condition

Pieces with no stains, holes, pilling, or strong odours

Modern styles, timeless basics, and high-quality fabrics

Seasonal items (jackets, dresses, knitwear, etc.)

Accessories (bags, scarves, small items) in good condition

Branded or boutique pieces with good resale value

We Cannot Accept:

Items with damage: holes, tears, broken zips, missing buttons

Clothing with stains, heavy wear, fading, or pilling

Underwear, swimwear (unless new with tags)

Fast fashion pieces in poor or low-quality condition

Counterfeit branded items

Shoes in poor condition
